Tradezlist works because people show up honestly. These are the basics we ask of everyone.
Be honest about your item
Describe condition, flaws, and history clearly. Use real photos of the actual item, not stock images.
Respect every offer
Don't shame people for offers you think are low. Accept, decline, or counter — that's it.
Keep communication respectful
Assume the person on the other side is a real neighbor. No harassment, slurs, or threats.
Don't post scams or prohibited items
See our Prohibited Items list. If it feels shady, it probably is.
Use Red Flags when something feels wrong
Reports are private and help protect the whole community.
Do
- Reply within a reasonable amount of time
- Show up when you agree to meet
- Keep chats on Tradezlist until contact unlocks
- Be patient — everyone here is a real person
